The students of the previous team performed marvelously, although, they are now on a different journey called high-school. The current teams of 2021-2022 are thriving and preparing for the future competitions. Since we recently returned from quarantine, Mr. Braito was more lenient in the amount of people who join. That just means that there is a lot more knowledge and skills put into this program. For some of us, this is our first year in robotics. This club provides an opportunity to learn and experience the hardships with other people. We hope you will observe along the way and see how we progress.
All three Rancho del Rey teams had qualified for teams, with Team C triple qualifying and Team A double qualifying. During the state competition, all three teams fought valiantly, with Team A making it all the way to the semi-finals. Team C also had a smashing interview which left the judges amazed. Team B also had an amazing skills run, which will most likely get them to worlds. Although we tried our very best with 110%, Team A and C didn't get any awards sadly, but Team B won the Think award. We look forward to seeing Team B succeed in worlds and we wish them the very best of luck!

It was our pleasure hosting them and we look forwards to seeing them in the competition on Monday. Good luck to all teams!
During this Build, Team A worked on attaching their new and improved intake, Team B worked on perfecting their program, and Team C fixed their intake so its smooth as butter and it works very efficiently. Team C also did their very first 8 stack, which was a very big stepping stone for them. We are looking forward and getting ready for League finals as we are going to put in 110% and Team C is shooting to qualify for states.
